Your Tour Guide will be waiting for you at Shawn O’Donnell’s American Grill and Irish Pub which is located at the base of the historic Smith Tower, 506 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98104 on your selected reservation night.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

We are NOT an Underground Tour. We are a Historical Ghost Tour.

You must be 16 (sixteen) or older to participate on our ghost tour. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bring proof of payment (paypal receipt, voucher etc) for entry to our tour.

If you pay on site you may do so through our Venmo account.

Haunted History Ghost Tours of Seattle is located at the base of the historic Smith Tower in Pioneer Square.

Tours leave at 7 PM from Shawn O’Donnell’s Restaurant and Irish Pub at 508 2nd Ave Seattle, WA 98104.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early and have your reservation identifying information ready to check-in.

Our Ghost Tours take guests on a walk lasting 120 minutes through the heart of Seattle’s oldest neighborhood.

DRESS FOR THE WEATHER.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and come outfitted for the weather. This is an outdoor walking tour with indoor stops depending on location availability and time permitting. If there is rain or snow please be prepared and dress appropriately.

Ghost Tours are subject to availability, please look at your scheduled reservation carefully.

To ensure your request is granted, tours should be requested as far in advance as possible.

TIPPING YOUR TOUR GUIDE:

Our Tour Guides do not ask for tips. If you wish to tip your Tour Guide simply offer your tip at the end of your tour. This can be cash or through Venmo at Hauntedhistoryseattle@gmail.com

TICKETING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular tickets may be purchased online at https://hauntedhistoryseattle.com

Tours and events are subject to a three-person, regular price ticket minimum (Meaning there must be at least three guests in attendance, in total (including yourself and others.) If this requirement is not met the event may be cancelled. This is a safety requirement we have for walking around Pioneer Square at night.

Haunted History Ghost Tours of Seattle may cancel a scheduled tour if the weather would be considered potentially harmful.

Cancellations for full-priced tickets must be received four (4) hours before the tour begins. If you call or email after the start time of the tour, it is considered a \”no show\”. If you canceled ahead of time you will be given an opportunity to re-schedule.

If you purchase a ticket online and you do not reschedule per our cancellation / reschedule policy noted above, and do not show up, we can not be able to issue a refund.\n

The above policy is stated at https://hauntedhistoryseattle.com and in your confirmation e-mail, sent once a reservation is confirmed.\n

Attention Vouchers: If you reserve with a voucher and do not show up at the time reserved, and failed to provide notice of cancellation at least six (6) hours ahead of tour time, The voucher may be redeemed and forfeited. This is only in extreme cases though, please notify as soon as possible and we are willing to work with you.\n
