Our Ghost Tour has age requirements for your safety.

FULL PRICE TICKETS : You must be 16 (sixteen) or older to participate on our ghost tour. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Vaccination:  For the safety of all our guests, our staff, and the establishments we visit,  you must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate. 

Haunted History Ghost Tours of Seattle is SEATTL’E BEST GHOST TOUR.

Our Pioneer Square Ghost Tours operates from 7 PM to 9 PM on select nights.  

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early and have your payment and reservation identifying information ready to check-in.

Our award winning Ghost Tours take guests on a walk lasting 120 minutes through the heart of Seattle’s oldest and most haunted neighborhood.  We are not an underground tour.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and DRESS FOR THE WEATHER. This is an outdoor walking tour with indoor stops depending on location availability and time permitting. If there is rain or snow please be prepared and dress appropriately.

                          You must read and AGREE to our LEGAL NOTICE before reserving your tickets.

Our Ghost tours leave at 7 pm and begin at Shawn O’Donnell’s American Grill and Irish Pub located at the base of the historic Smith Tower at 508 2nd Ave Seattle, WA 98104. 

Shawn O’Donnell’s is a family-friendly restaurant featuring the finest in Irish hospitality, food, and drink.  Shawn O’Donnell’s Restaurant has excellent menu selections for you to enjoy a great meal before our tour departs!  Be sure to arrive early!

TICKETING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Tours and events are subject to a three-person, regular price ticket minimum.

Haunted History Ghost Tours of Seattle may cancel a scheduled tour if the weather would be considered potentially harmful.

Attention Vouchers: If you reserve with a voucher and do not show up at the time reserved, and failed to provide notice of cancellation at least six (6) hours ahead of tour time, The voucher may be redeemed and forfeited. This is only in extreme cases though, please notify as soon as possible and we are willing to work with you.

Cancellations for full-priced tickets must be received four (4) hours before the tour begins. If you call or email after the start time of the tour, it is considered a “no show”. If you canceled ahead of time you will be given an opportunity to re-schedule.

If you purchase a ticket online and you do not reschedule per our cancellation / reschedule policy noted above, and do not show up, we can not issue a refund.
