For the safety of all our guests,  you must agree to the following requirements to attend our ghost tour. 

LEGAL NOTICE & LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in this walking ghost tour requires your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in the tour, you are affirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of this notice.

AGE AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

• The tour is strictly for guests aged 16 years and older for full-price tickets, and 18 years or older for voucher holders.
• Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21 or older.
• Do not attend the tour if you currently have or suspect you have COVID-19, Measles, or any other highly communicable illness.
• Participants must be in reasonably good health and physically capable of walking multiple city blocks, climbing and descending stairs, and standing for extended periods. Some areas of the tour may involve dim lighting, uneven or slippery surfaces, or tight, enclosed spaces.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT

• Danger is an inherent part of this experience. By attending, you acknowledge that risk is part of the attraction and accept that you may encounter potentially hazardous conditions.
• The consumption of alcohol, cannabis, or other intoxicants before or during the tour is strongly discouraged, and visibly intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed without refund.
• You are required to follow all instructions provided by your tour guide and to conduct yourself in a safe, respectful manner. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate ejection from the tour without refund.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the tour, you voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the tour, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury
• Death
• Property damage or theft
• Emotional distress
• Paranormal encounters such as alleged ghost sightings or possessions

You fully release and discharge Haunted History Ghost Tours of Seattle, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, agents, officers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, “Tour Operator”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, actions, causes of action, or losses, whether arising from negligence, gross negligence, premises liability, or any other theory of liability. This includes claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether occurring during or as a result of your participation in the tour.

INDEMNIFICATION    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Tour Operator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the tour, your violation of these terms, or your negligent or intentional misconduct.

LEGAL NOTICE   This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in King County, Washington. If any portion of this waiver is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR PARTICIPATING IN THE TOUR, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS LEGAL NOTICE AND LIABILITY WAIVER IN ITS ENTIRETY.
